This notice explains what information the tomboytaverntelluride.com website collects and how it is used. Tomboy Tavern is operated by TSG Ski & Golf LLC and is part of the Telluride Ski & Golf family of businesses (“TSG,” “we,” “us”).
This notice covers this website specifically. Information collected when you visit the restaurant in person, buy a lift ticket, book lodging, or use any other TSG service is governed by the TSG Privacy Policy, which also applies to this site.
What this site collects
Employment applications. If you apply for a position through this site, we collect the contact details and any information about your experience or availability that you choose to provide. We use it only to consider your application and to contact you about it. It is delivered by email to Tomboy Tavern management and handled under TSG’s hiring practices. We do not sell it or use it for marketing.
Standard server information. Like most websites, this site is hosted by a service provider that automatically records basic technical information when a page is requested — IP address, browser type, the page requested, and the date and time. This is used for security and to keep the site running. It is not used to build a profile of you.
What this site does not do. This site does not run analytics or advertising tracking. It does not set advertising cookies, does not track you across other websites, and does not sell or share personal information for targeted advertising.
Service providers
- Formspree processes form submissions and delivers them to us by email. Submissions are held briefly on Formspree’s systems in the course of delivery and are subject to Formspree’s privacy policy.
- Netlify hosts this website and keeps the standard server records described above.
- Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on this site.
Links to other sites
This site links out to Toast (table reservations), Google Maps, and our social media pages. Once you follow a link away from tomboytaverntelluride.com, you are on someone else’s site and their privacy policy applies, not this one.
Children
This site is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information through this site, contact us at privacy@tellurideskiresort.com and we will delete it.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live — including Colorado, California, and several other states — you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of certain uses. TSG does not sell personal information collected through this site.
To make a request, or to ask us to remove information you sent through this site, email privacy@tellurideskiresort.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
